| Revamped website to portray corporate Image |

Kimberley, South Africa April 2009 - Via Vista Call Centre Solutions, the premier provider of Business
Process Outsourcing & Off-shoring solutions , has launched its new website, www.viavista.co.za a site aimed at improving its corporate image and inviting it's potential customers with a closer look at the
company's product and service offering.
The new website combines a comprehensive listing of what Via Vista offers and an inept look at the
company's strategic drivers and enablers. The site will be of tremendous value to Job seekers looking at
entering the call centre industry through the sites employee bank. This will enable the submission of Job
applications through an online process allowing possible candidates to track and manage their profiles.

Kimberley, 20 May 2009 Via Vista Call Centre Solutions, today announced that they have develop a
Training Model that will soon be marketed as a service offering. The training will address the skill shortage
in Customer Relationship and Client Services in the Northern Cape. After an initial survey and market and feasibility studies, we deemed it a great opportunity to take the service to the market said CEO Ivan Smith.
We will start actively marketing the service from the 2nd June 2009 and will follow a Face to Face
Marketing approach. Our initial courses will help call center agents learn to make the most of their
telephone-based work, including understanding the best ways to listen and be heard. Each phone
interaction has elements of sales and customer service skills, which we will explore in detail during the
intridution courses.
